Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Chair Yoga

A set series of 26 traditional yoga postures that are combined with breathing exercises to encourage a cardiovascular workout that strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming and relaxing the mind. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike in style.

Chair Yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who have various physical limitations, or those who find other types of yoga classes too challenging.

Beginners Yoga

Class is slower paced than an all-levels class and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. All bodies are welcome.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

Heated Barre

Heated Barre is a ballet-inspired fitness program working to increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance through weight training and a series of isometric movements. Utilizing other various fitness formats such as yoga, Pilates, and other aerobic programs, this class works to transform your body and make a stronger you! The heated environment uses heat and humidity to help loosen the muscles and encourage a greater range of movement.
